2016 präsentierten Universal Music und The Walt Disney Company France die erste Ausgabe von "Jazz Loves Disney", gefolgt von "Jazz Loves Disney 2 - A Kind of Magic" 2017.
Produziert von Jay Newland und arrangiert von Rob Mousey brachte das Projekt talentierte und renommierte Künstler zusammen, um den schönsten und symbolträchtigsten Melodien aus Walt Disneys magischer Welt Tribut zu zollen und exklusive Jazz-Versionen aufzunehmen. Zu namhaften Besetzung der beiden Alben zählen unter anderem Gregory Porter, Melody Gardot, Stacey Kent, George Benson, Madeleine Peyroux, Laura Mvula, Jacob Collier, Bebel Gilberto und Jamie Cullum.
Die beiden Doppel-LPs waren mehrere Jahre nicht mehr erhältlich und sind nun ab 14. April 2023 endlich in Neuauflage wieder erhältlich.
