With "The Invisible Light", a trilogy consisting of the two albums "Acoustic Space" (2019) and "Spells" (2022), Grammy and Oscar winner T Bone Burnett, in collaboration with colleagues Jay Bellerose and Keefus Ciancia, attempted a fusion of trance, electronic, folk, tribal and world music in the form of an "experimental song cycle". The two electronic-influenced albums dealt with the thesis that our society has been subjected to over a century of electronic programming, a so-called "programming pandemic", which is causing us to lose our ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Instead of completing the dark cycle of highly intellectual thoughts and theses, however, T Bone Burnett has now turned to another project while working on "The Invisible Light Vol. 3", a more human, more listener-oriented project that finds its way back to more traditional blues sounds instead of electronic sounds: "The Other Side". 

Enhanced with guest vocalists such as Rosanne Cash and Lucius, the album presents a more accessible T Bone Burnett, who nevertheless promises to finish his trilogy about modern technology and its effect on people in the near future.
