When "Linger Awhile" was released in September 2022, the international press was thrilled and in February 2023 Samara Joy then struck twice at the 65th Grammy Awards: she not only received the trophy for the best jazz vocal album of the year with "Linger Awhile", but also surprisingly collected the cross-genre award for "Best New Artist". On May 19, 2023, "Linger Awhile" will be released as a deluxe edition on CD and digitally.

The eight additional recordings - including four album tracks sung in new duo or trio versions with, among others, pianist Gerald Clayton, and four additional tracks - will also be available from June 16, 2023 in an exclusive LP version called "Linger Awhile Longer" only from us.
